- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Kind, compassionate, honest, knowledgeable. Took their time to really listen to me, my concerns, fears, understanding and assessment of my disease, disabilities and situation. Pleasant to speak with. Didn't get upset, or frustrated, because I had to ask him to repeat himself, part his mustache or lift his head, so I was capable of reading his lips. Due to the fact that I am deaf. Put the extra effort, to keep all information confidential.
